Muebles Pintados a Mano / Hand Painted Furniture

The wood is the medium I most like in the decorative painting.
The console table, armed with a cover's window on a support antique sewing machine (it was of my grandmother), I painted doing a brushstrokes of two colours, then I sanded, I realized a diffuse stencil to highlight his deterioration.
The door of a small cabinet for CD, I worked with paste relief, painting and cleaning at the same time to achieve the effect "faded".
My armoire green (for many years the only thing that I wanted to paint was a closet), when I found it, already I was defined the colour and motifs that it would. These I painted with acrylic paints and then worked with oils light and shadow, and added their Scientifics’ names to each.
In the back of bed I made a brushstrokes caramel's colour and yellow on a light background.
The last thing I painted is a small trunk. Here I worked with soft colours and I made a guide floral style Bauern, only I conserved cover larch unpainted, because I do not like to cover with paint the hardwoods.

Note: I hope that the translation of "technical terms" to be appropriate.

Bordados/Embroidery

Long ago I commented that one of the things that made since girl was embroidery, especially cross stitch.
When I was ordering my cabinet work, appeared some embroidery in thread, and another in wool (my mom keeps table runner embroidered a tiny cross stitch, impossible now for hyperopic), and still its aren't defined use. I think that might end up as sleeves, or anybody suggest otherwise?
Lastly, inicially the carpet aisle would be a large carpet ... just I ended the center of it.
Goodbye.

….When I was a little girl, watched a children's TV programme, where at one of its sections, a boy sat on a scale and your weight was awarded with candy sweets….

Well…while this fact has not relation with Valentine's Day, but I remembered it when I found a weigh scale, something unarmed, among the things that accumulate to restore. With an image alluding to the subject, flowers, and details of paint, I made "The Love's Scale”. This is not a scale for converting love in flowers, or candy or kisses, it is simply a reminder that:
"To love is nothing
Be loved is not enough,
But to love and to be loved is everything”

Happy Valentine's Day!

¿Qué hay de nuevo? / What's new?

Cerámica Bajo Cubierta/ Ceramics Under Cover

This must had been one of the techniques of painting any longer I realized. I started with a group of friends in 1996 and it was until 2001. During that period I painted many decorative items, as well as lots of tableware for the home.

Platos ornamentales / Ornamental dishes on the roof

Tabla de queso y crema / Table of cheese and cream
Juego de platos / Set of dishes (6 different set)
Vasijas rústicas / Rustic pots
